Joe says this pizza is burnt. I say it is just surface browned. We cut into it and sure enough, it wasn't burnt all the way through. So we just ate the inside part and skipped the crust on the edge. I like my meat well done, not my pizza. I don't like my meat burnt either. Don't they say that eating burnt stuff makes your hair curl?
